Lots of Announcements and Updates

Hello all!
A few announcements/updates:
  • If you were a race for registration winner of either a swag bag or free registration you should have already received an individual email from our Registration/Participant Director. Please make sure our emails aren't going to your Spam. Especially for important updates leading up to the event.
  • PLEASE send any cancellation requests or change of registration to [email protected] ASAP! If you are no longer able to attend or unable to do the tribute climb please let us know via that email so we may open those spots up to others! Also, we had a few civilians accidentally sign up for a tag in the FF 343 category. Please note that this is not allowed. Please contact us to make changes to your category if so so we may also properly assign those fallen tags. If registration makes this apparent by information provided we reserve the right to change your ticket or remove it as needed. Again, [email protected]
  • 2021 Participant List will be uploaded onto our website soon to verify registration/participation. Also the updated Patch Board List is available online to ensure your agency patch is included on our patch board.
  • If you missed out on registration this year (yes, we sold out FAST!) you MIGHT have an opportunity to still get in! If we receive cancellations we will announce the date and time of those tickets opening. They will be priced as our "Oops I Missed It" pricing of General Registration for $50. We will announce openings, possibly with short notice, via email and on our social media pages and website. So please be sure to be following us on social media and ensuring our emails are not going to your Spam box.
  • WE NEED SECURITY TEAM VOLUNTEERS! Looking for another way to attend and assist this year's SA110? We need Security Team volunteers. Preferably Law Enforcement and/or Military (active or retired). But willing to accept others who may be good at taking on an authoritative role. Please contact [email protected] and note it is for Security Team and your LEO/Military affiliation if any.
  • We still need Sponsors! Of all levels! Please see our website sponsor page to view and download our sponsor packet. www.sanantonio110.com
We specifically still need a new Official FOOD SPONSOR (Gold level sponsor benefits included)! Freddy's is not able to assist us this year and we need someone to take their place. NO PARTIAL FOOD DONATION PLEASE. We need someone to be able to provide food for a minimum of 12-1300 people (max 1800) and do the prep and serving at the event! If needed, can be ANY business/group/organization willing to even just purchase and cook up some sausage wraps (as example) for everyone. Please spread the word to anyone who may be willing to assist us with this! Must have info ASAP as our normal deadline for Silver/Gold benefits (logo placement) is August 15th... we are holding off a few extra days to extend our sponsorship opportunities. Please download our sponsor form online and/or email [email protected] (and if food sponsor also [email protected]) ASAP to expedite!
  • Don't forget our awesome after-party as well, the SA911 Brotherhood Brew Bash (Blood, Sweat, & Beers) held at Alamo Beer (Lamar St.) immediately following the climb (about 11am). As always, our annual collector's pint glasses will be available, limited quantity available so be sure to get yours early! And possibly some other SA110 merchandise there as well. We also have some surprise items being donated that may be raffled there as well. Find and follow on FB please.
  • Some have asked if we are still happening, with current Covid situations. Yes, we are! We continue to hope that the city allows our participants to make their own participation and attendance decision. Please be sure to be receiving our emails and following on FB for any updates or possible changes! We will have precautions in place at the event and ask everyone to please wear a mask, bring and use hand sanitizer (will also be posted throughout event grounds), and social distance as able. If you have had a fever, cough, or any other symptoms we ask you to please send in your cancellation asap and stay at home! Also, covid testing is available at many pharmacy/clinic locations for free. We recommend testing prior to event if able. Do not attend if you feel sick, have symptoms, or have tested positive for Covid. We will send out more information, requirements, and precautions as we get closer to the event. Other precautions will as well be in place as best able at the event. If you are a participant and not comfortable attending due to the current situation PLEASE CONTACT [email protected] ASAP TO CANCEL so that we may offer your ticket to another person wanting it (we have MANY requests!).
  • Also, in reference to above, we ask that everyone LIMIT/ELIMINATE GUESTS at this year's event! Please ask your guests to instead celebrate with you at the open-air grounds at the after-party held at Alamo Beer. If our numbers get too crowded at the event WE WILL TURN NON-PARTICIPANTS AWAY. This is to protect our first responders and participants. Thank you for your understanding. We are just very grateful to have the opportunity for us all to do this once again this year.
  • Just an addition note in advance: We will also be enforcing a new "Clear Bag" policy. As always, we ask to limit bags (we understand some gear bags are inevitable) as much as possible. Please leave purses, etc, locked in your vehicle when able. If bringing regular bags/purse onto grounds we ask to do so with a clear plastic bag (when able) to speed security at entrance to the grounds along. More information/specifics will be sent to participants via email prior to event.
  • Again, please stay tuned to our website and social media pages for all updates and announcements!
If you would like another way to support this year's SA110, but not able to sponsor, please remember that donations are always very appreciated! You can donate by visiting our website at www.sanantonio110.com and or donating cash at the donations/merchandise table at the event and/or afterparty! Our proceed beneficiary this year is 100 Club of San Antonio. Remaining proceeds, should we have, will go towards a beneficiary donation check to them proceeding the event. 100 Club of SA has provided so much help to our first responder community over these last few crazy years, and prior.
Per norm, Event T-shirts with this year's special edition 20th Anniversary annual design (done once again by American Fire Apparel) will be available at the event. Pricing this year (just like everything else, cost has increased) will be $25 for S-XL and $28 for 2XL/3XL. As always, PLEASE BRING CASH, if able, to speed the lines along! We will remind you closer to event day as well. Colector annual pint glasses will be available at the after-party for $10 filled with your favorite Alamo Beer and $1 off all refills.

Well, that was a lot of information! We just want to get the info out to you all in as few of emails as possible. Event Day reminders will be sent out closer to event.
