On November 2nd San Antonio 110 9/11 Memorial Climb presented this year's beneficiary, UTHealth Houston HEROES Program with a check from this year's proceeds. Bernie Grace Foundation, our nonprofit which hosts the SA110, kicked in a little bit extra to round up the donation to a perfectly fitting number for this year's SA110 10th annual climb. Meeting at Alamo Beer Company, another wonderful supporter of ours for many years, we presented a check to our 2022 beneficiary for $10,110!
UTHealth Houston HEROES Program provides much needed services for our First Responders. They provide mental health services such as counseling, psychiatric and medical care as needed, and assistance for substance abuse ANONYMOUSLY and FREE for our First Responder brothers and sisters. We are honored and proud to be able, thanks to all of you, to help assist this wonderful cause. More information about this program, and how to seek their services, can be found at www.heroeshelpline.org You can also find them on FB at Heroes Helpline. As we all know, SA110 is not a fundraiser. So the fact that we have been able to assist so many great organizations and causes each year has been truly amazing and speaks volumes. As of this year we have now donated OVER $100,000 in extra donations to our many beneficiaries over the years! So not only did we succeed in our TENTH tribute to our fallen this year we also hit this additional amazing milestone! Thank you to everyone who has supported us in accomplishing both for all of these years!
