SA110 is proud to announce we have now also given over $100k in donations to multiple causes since we started our SA110 in 2013. We hope you are as proud as we are for reaching this amazing milestone!
Starting in 2023 we will be making some changes. We will not be choosing a "annual beneficiary" prior to the event, for each event year. We, SA110, have recently acquired new expenses, facility rental fees, and other ongoing expenses, to continue to operate as we do and are in need of funds to help keep our tribute going and remain sustainable for future years as well. And as always, we are dedicated to trying to keep pricing as low as possible for our participants and brethren paying tribute and participating in this cause. As everyone knows, we are not, and never have been, a "Fundraiser" for any organization. Our only cause and goal is to hold our amazing memorial tribute for our fallen. So, starting 2023 we will be changing our outgoing donation policies. We will still be making proceed donations however throughout the year for wherever the need is and as available. We look forward to having the opportunity to do as much good as we can to multiple causes and efforts in our community while still keeping our event going . One example, we have discussed starting a scholarship program for those who need it to attend fire academy. As well as many other great ideas. All while keeping our tribute, and all those who join us to pay tribute in mind, as our top priority.
We are 100% funded by donation. And 100% volunteer. So anything you can contribute is greatly appreciated!
